FINAL DAYS TAWA - Chef Tamiano will be serving this up until 3pm today and again Saturday 11am to 3pm. Beautiful braised lamb and coconut with local greens, crispy shallot and our house-made chilli and garlic oil - served with cassava chips and a squeeze of lime! Inspired by Lu Sipi and tastes even better!
