Things are taking shape here and they’re taking shape quick!
Last week saw the last of the roof framing take place and a council inspection was passed. Which has lead to the roof being layed this week. And the roofing team have smashed it.

Another inspection that was had was the frame inspection which the team passed. Which has aloud the team to start installing the IBS RigidRap.
We have a roof over our head and the walls are being closed in! This house is taking shape!

Introducing Maxwell road. 🏠

The team have been stuck into this build. Standing the ground floor frames. Getting into the mid floor framing and the first story flooring laid.
Trusses are under way with the first floor frames being stood tomorrow.
