If you want to build strength in and around your knees, this one’s for you.
- Skiers & Snowboarders: Mimics the sustained quad burn and edge control needed on the slopes.
- Wakes up the VMO: The roller squeeze forces your inner thigh (adductors) and teardrop quad muscle (VMO) to fire, keeping your kneecap tracking smoothly.
- Fixes knees caving in: Teaches your hips and knees to stay aligned under load.
