We’ve had a solid pre season run up to ski season here at Pure Performance Gym, with many of our members and athletes ready to hit the slopes stronger and fitter than ever 💪

Whether or not you do backflips is another thing, but whatever your level, here’s to getting down the hill with less fire in your quads than last year 😂

Leg press Isometric hold and squeeze 🔥

If you want to build strength in and around your knees, this one’s for you.

- Skiers & Snowboarders: Mimics the sustained quad burn and edge control needed on the slopes.
- Wakes up the VMO: The roller squeeze forces your inner thigh (adductors) and teardrop quad muscle (VMO) to fire, keeping your kneecap tracking smoothly.
