Black cardamon pods are used in quite a few paste recipes and when I first come across it, I’d never heard of them. They are about 3 times the size of the green cardamom pods we are all used to and use.

You can get them at Wānaka new world and previous to that I used to order online.

They really do have a different taste so totally worth grabbing them if your get the opportunity 🥰
