- Please wear a mask when you arrive to your appointment and then again when you leave.

- Please have your vaccine pass ready and please scan the QR code on arrival.

- Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.

- Please remember that this is a safe space. There is no judgement on any decisions you or others have made.
