Seasons for Growth is an amazing Programme which helps children and their parents through tough changes and challenges. Just as the seasons change, so do our lives, our feelings and ourselves as we grow to meet our new situations. During one hour sessions over eight weeks, small peer groups will cycle through the different seasons of the year, with two trained companions alongside. Using the Seasons metaphor we will embrace themes such as Change, Feelings, Memories, Supports and more, allowing time to listen, share and be with others that can relate.
