Biggest year to date for our team. Between the construction and development companies we delivered 37 homes.

- Completed 47 Oxford street

- Completed and sold 87 Bayview Road

- Started 3 new homes at Golden Elm Rise

- Started our next 6 unit townhouse development in Richmond

2026 is shaping up to be just as big, we’ve got developments planned for Tahuna, Stoke and and Richmond along with some pretty amazing new architectural homes which we can’t wait to rip into.
