And this Friday it’s one of my all time faves.
Blue cheese mushroom beef n cheese on a toasted brioche bun.
Pickles, jalapeños, red onion, shredded lettuce.
Perfection!

No-bake Keto Protein Peanut butter slices on the way..
RECIPE:
Base:
Peanut butter
Maple Syrup ( I used a zero calorie caramel syrup)
Coconut flour
Mix together and mould into slice tray
Pop in the freezer for 30 minutes
Choc top:
Dark chocolate
Coconut oil
peanut butter
Melt over boiling water or in microwave safe bowl
Let cool and pour over base
Return to freezer and let freeze
Once set (1 to 2 hours) remove from freezer and cut into slice or bite size morsels
Final product pics to follow as they’re busy freezing at the minute.
