I DON’T HAVE TIME

A sentence we may have said to ourselves one too many times? Trust me; I’m no stranger either to saying this and reaching for the convenient option in the past. Meal prep is all about making it work for you. My days are go go go and this morning I could’ve easily caved and left the door without my trusty lunch box packed. But in the small amount of time I had I:
✨ Popped my work pants in the dryer so I can get to work on time 🤣
✨ Cooked up my protein fajita style mix that I add to my wraps and other meals. Literally it is just one chicken breast, a red onion and half a pack of seasoning mix 🤤
✨ Made my salad (pre made slaw bags are AMAZING) so all I need to do is add my protein and when I get to work construct my wrap at lunchtime.
And that’s it! It doesn’t need to be over complicated and it’s all about finding what works for you. This works for me well as by the time I get home from the gym I am nearing the hangry side 🤣🤣 So all I’ll need to do tonight is heat my protein. Make my salad and boom! Wrap done! Just in time to heading out again for the driving range tonight. Cant wait! What are your meal prep tips? Pop them down below! ⬇️

Hi my name is Jenn and I like punching things*
*and by things I mean a boxing bag and a set of focus pads when I go to or see 🤣🤣
Boxing has been amazing part of my fitness journey in the past couple of years for several reasons
1️⃣ I ENJOY it so it doesn’t feel like I’m working out
2️⃣ As a women I feel so empowered and strong and loooove hearing that sound when the glove hits the pad
And there are so many great benefits to boxing too!
⚡️ Improvement in upper body and core strength
⚡️ Greater balance
⚡️ hand-eye coordination and motor skills
⚡️ Better posture….. the list goes on!

A good training session is not only one that is consistent; but one where you are challenged and have FUN!

The amazing team at Flex Fitness Howick] have invited me to attend their Skill Athletic classes this week and oh my goodness……. Now I’m know what the hype is all about!
Along with feeling challenged and pushing my own limits; I was impressed with the class structure, how knowledgeable the instructors were and how everything was broken down for all levels to understand. When I think about the equipment the first word that comes to mind is boujeeeeeeeee 🧡 and my body after two classes is already feeling tender in places I didn’t know existed 😂
