Chilling before tomorrow’s TakiToru CrossFit comp at Kotahi CrossFit. One more swing on the bar this evening then it’s on tomorrow. Not nervous just wanna make every rep count and communicate with my teammates to make this happen. Glad to stay consistent with training I feel good I’m as fit as I can be improving what I can and look forward to having fun with my teammates. Stay well, move and look after yourselves as I will myself.
I’m on holiday from Easter weekend and return 14 April 2026.

Such a wondered day today being out at Karapiro Waka Ama Nats providing Mirimiri under ACC with amazing Kai Mirimiri. We were well looked after by Rawinia and Bret you’s are amazing.
