Kia Ora Whanau,

Its been a long Minute since I jumped on here but I will be using this Space and posting more often as I am making moves and getting back in to my Hauora Huarahi let me just say thank you to the many who have followed my Journey in times past and to those who have supported me through it all many thanks to each and everyone of you.

I am here to inform you all I Will be posting up my before photos real soon and YES I fell off the wagon and had to face a few hard truths in order to out grow certain childhood/Adult traumas that i had never taken in to consideration until doing what was needed to become aware and take back my power so whilst realigning with my true and authentic self I had to under take some healing that needed to be done in order for my mental well being to become as strong as it has and since then I am now ready to take full control of my Life and allow myself to utilise the experiences I have endured to mould me in to the greatest version of my self.
