This Titirangi roof contained Super 6 Asbestos.
Instead of removal, we completed a full encapsulation - sealing seams, stabilising the surface, and applying a multi-layer elastomeric waterproofing membrane designed to lock fibres in place.
All works were completed under certified asbestos supervision, with independent air monitoring confirming fibre levels well below WorkSafe NZ limits.
The result?
A compliant, stabilised roof system protected for decades - without the disruption of removal.
