What a wonderful day!!!! Thank you souch Helensville Pony Club for such an awesome market day, we had an absolute blast.

We met so many neat people who shared their fabulous horsemanship journeys with us. We had an epic day of sales and look forward to seeing some neckropes whilst out and about this coming season.

So good to catch up with friends and make some new ones. We are keen on another now our feet are wet so if you know a market day coming up let us know.

Now off to feed the Hippo

So figured it was about time to frost my own unicorn!! Here's our resident poster boy Henry the Hippo in his rainbow halter, neck strap and SH Strap!!

Henry was the catalyst that started the paracord obsession after he had a horrific accident and of course the bills that come with such things.

Neckropes have been an integral part of our rehabilitation as he was head sore and had fractured his back so any pressure on either was a complete no no. The rope allowed a soft connection as we dived into the world of stretching and strengthening. Nearly a year on we are able to halter without worry and even saddle up. Xrays are the next "milestone" where we will find out if his vertebrae have migrated as hoped.

The mighty neckrope has so many uses from a confidence boost for the rider, riding bridless or the unconventional tool to build connection without direct pressure.

I have been busy experimenting away with different cording techniques. I'm loving how creative you can be with pieces of cord and colours!!!

Another big step, I have booked a table at the Hellensville Equestrian Market day on the 9th of August. Head down bum up for me until then to make sure there are some gorgeous creations ready for sale.
