Over the last 2 years, I have loved helping small business owners with their onboarding plans for their new hires. Being able to work with a business owner not just on their onboarding plans but also delivering a half day team upskill session was a wonderful highlight.

But now it's time for me to focus back on Glow Coaching & Learning.

I've been a bit quiet over the last few months. I had an amazing opportunity to contract to a company as a People Onboarding Experience Specialist for 10 weeks, which finished up just before Christmas! It was really interesting to be onboarded myself. What really hit home to me about this experience, is just how important it is to get your new hires off to a great start in your business!
