This is a perfect example of why we have to clean and maintain our roofs regularly. See how even though the organic growth was removed, the paint has already been dissolved.

We use a soft wash approach for washing roofs and sometimes if the build up is this bad we'll brush it off gently before applying the solution but there is no returning back to a perfect roof after this stage, without painting.

This is a test spot I did for a client this week to show them how the solution works on their vinyl siding home.

Take note of the really clean spot between the two windows and how different it is to the above siding that is covered in dark organic growth.
