is it the chicken or the egg?
as a naturopath, I am constantly thinking in my head what is the cause? the answer? most of the time there are a lot of answers.

This is to highlight the body is one whole cycle! We have the power to break and change that current cycle. Create a new one, a healthier one.

This is something I recently learned and I wanted to share with you.
Yes migraines can be triggered by tyramine foods (aged cheese, beer).
However, there is more to the case when there is symptoms associated with the digestive track.
A stool test for someone presenting with migraines can show:
High tyramine production
High bad bacteria = damaging digestive lining ->
High DNA in stool = inflammation
Inflamed gut = leaky gut = inflamed body = migraine
