The Parsa District Court has issued an arrest warrant against Birgunj Metropolitan City Mayor Rajesh Man Singh.
According to Jay Narayan Yadav, Information Officer at the Parsa District Court, the warrant was issued for investigation into an offense related to citizenship documents.
