-> Looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive & Content Creator to manage the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The role involves planning, creating, and executing engaging social media content that strengthens brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, especially in short-form video and reels, along with a good understanding of social media trends and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
-> Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaign strategies
-> Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
-> Produce high-quality short-form videos, reels, stories, and trend-based content to maximize engagement and reach
-> Design and create basic visual content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms
-> Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences to build community interaction and brand presence
-> Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
-> Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats to improve engagement strategies
-> Collaborate with marketing, design, and internal teams to ensure consistent branding and timely content delivery
-> Support campaign ex*****on, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives through digital content
-> Coordinate with external partners, influencers, or vendors when required for content and campaigns

Qualifications:
-> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, Journalism, or related field
-> 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation 
-> Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
-> Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content and reels
-> Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
-> Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an advantage.
