Peppers change their names when dried.
Fixed
Fresh: Jalapeño → SMOKED and Dried: Chipotle
Fresh: Poblano → Dried: Ancho
Fresh: Chilaca → Dried: Pasilla
Fresh: Mirasol → Dried: Guajillo
Fresh: Serrano → Dried: Chile seco
Fresh: Bola → Dried: Cascabel

Notes
1) Chiptole requires smoke to be chipotle.
2) Serrano was listed twice.
3) Chile seco just means dried chili and could apply to any, but Serano when dried doesn't have a more specific name.
