Snow Rivers Limited Opens IPO for General Public

Snow Rivers Limited has officially opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting today, May 12.

The company is offering 778,125 ordinary shares at a face value of 100 per share. This public issuance follows the successful completion of share allotments previously reserved for project-affected locals, Nepalese citizens working abroad, company employees, and mutual funds.

Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1,000 shares through the mero share app.

The subscription period is scheduled to close on May 14 at the earliest, with a potential extension until May 25 if the offering is not fully subscribed.

This move marks a significant step for the company as it seeks to expand its capital base through public participation.
