Heel pain is common in active, growing kids — but there’s help! Here’s what you can do:
1️⃣ Listen to their pain – Don’t dismiss it as just “growing pains.”
2️⃣ Limit high-impact activity – Especially sports with running and jumping.
3️⃣ Choose proper footwear – Supportive shoes make a big difference.
4️⃣ See a specialist – A physio or podiatrist can assess and guide treatment.
5️⃣ Use pressure-relieving insoles – Like Solemaids, designed for Sever’s disease.
