Apple De Leon Oabel is a 2nd-year student taking a Bachelor of Public Administration at Southern Luzon State University in Lucban, Quezon. Known for her hardworking, creative, disciplined and positive personality, consistently striving to grow both academically and personally.

Outside the school, she enjoys activities like basic drawing and painting. She is also interested in volunteering in different fields and activities. These hobbies not only provide relaxation but also help her develop skills like creativity, teamwork, discipline, communication, and gain experiences.

As she continues her studies, Apple aims to complete her degree and pass the civil service exam to earn her qualification while she balances academic responsibilities with personal interests, as she looks forward to more opportunities.
