This is the trail that goes between the cabin and the easy trail from the road.

1, 2 the steep downhill/uphill if you dare can be climbed, but not for beginners. It got a board walk at the closest muddy section, I've not tried to climb it after that. Do don't know if I can do it now.

It was getting a tad dark, so tripod bike light helped.

Mips & Leatt velocity 6.5 goggles.

Helmet:
After using hot downhill helmets with no venting around the ears, front and sides, I had to get a more breathable helmet, my ears got horribly overheated on hot summer rides. I got soaked of sweat like in a sauna. This helmet looked just like what I needed, and it is

Pros:
Superb breathability from every angle, no overheating ears, almost as breathable as a half face helmet. I can feel the air flow through past the ears, the cheek pads don't cover the front of the ears, and the rear vents mean the air flow is superb, but the side vents also keep the area from overheating.

The helmet sits securely, doesn't wiggle.
Comes with 3 sets of cheek pads , and a different rear pad for perfect fit, this is useful for when summer and winter use, when you wear a head covering to keep warm.

Fidlock makes it easy to unbuckle. the strap.

No creaking, rubbing sounds, with high speed and windy riding there's no wind whistle. Which is an issue some helmets have like Leatt 1.0 DH had.

Cons:
No insect & debris mesh, so might get insects stuck in the helmet while riding. This isn't something I’ve experienced. But possible.

Verdict
Recommended, with superb breathability, low weight, and great fit, this helmet is a great option.

But I need to take more photos

Goggles:
Pros
super comfy material on top of the foam almost like nothing there. The comfort is superb, so any goggle I try on must be as comfy or I would need to return it.
Replacible foam. Nose guard.

Cons:
The roll-off system will come off if you drop the goggles.
Some goggles fail suddenly for no obvious reason. My first goggle was the same just a different livery, but held up well, but wot out, but the second pair failed didn't even get to wear it out. But the replacement has been problemfrie.

But this goggle is an replacement for the one that failed, exact same model.
