Nieuwe lessen!

Leuk nieuws! Ik start met nieuwe lessen op een nieuwe locatie. Dit is op dezelfde locatie als het L'Aparté event. Ik voel hier een hele fijne energie en kijk er erg naar uit om te beginnen.

Het bijzondere aan deze locatie is dat jij zelf kunt kiezen waar je behoefte aan hebt: yoga, pilates, barre, meditatie, yoga, dans, Odissi. Het is allemaal mogelijk op basis van inschrijving. We kunnen zelfs met aan je techniek en verdieping werken als je behoefte hebt aan privélessen.

New classes!

Great news! I am starting new classes at a new location. This is at the same location as the L'Aparté event. I feel a really nice energy there and I am really looking forward to getting started.

The special thing about this location is that you can choose what you need: yoga, pilates, barre, meditation, dance, Odissi. It is all possible by signing up. We can even work on your technique and deepen your practice if you prefer private lessons.

De afgelopen tijd is mijn behoefte aan daadwerkelijke connectie sterk toegenomen. Ondanks dat ik offline erg leuke reacties krijg op wat ik online deel, mis ik toch een stukje verbinding. Veel verbinding gaat alleen maar via een scherm. Ik wil juist een ruimte waar je elkaar kunt zien en spreken, en écht de diepte in kunt gaan.

Daarom heb ik iets nieuws gecreëerd. Kleinschalig, persoonlijk, eerlijk en zonder oordeel. Een plek waar ruimte is voor gesprek, groei en verbinding. Niet alleen met mij, maar ook met elkaar.

Naast deze “get together” wil ik ook meer delen op andere manieren. Een plek waar mijn publiek echt ervoor kiest om mijn kennis en expertise te lezen. Een plek waar ruimte voor verdieping, kennis en een andere kant van het verhaal zichtbaar en voelbaar worden wat je hier niet altijd ziet.

De opstartfase is in volle gang en ik voel dat dit klopt.

Lately, I have been feeling a much stronger need for connection. Even though I receive wonderful responses offline on what I share online, I still miss a sense of connection. A lot of connection is just through a screen. My preference is a space where you can see and speak to each other, and really connect.

That is why I have created something new. Small-scaled, personal, honest, and without judgment. A place where there is room for conversation, growth, and connection. Not only with me, but also with each other.

In addition to this “get together,” I have been wanting to share more of my world in other ways. A place where my audience truly choose to read my knowledge and expertises. A place with room for depth, knowledge, and another side of the story that you do not always see here.

The start up phase is in full swing and I feel that this is the right fit.
