It started earlier than most people think. Even when Wim was still in school, cars were already on his mind. He explored other branches, but always came back to the same place. Cars were there from the beginning.

WTJ Trading did not start with big deals either. It started with the basics. Helping out wherever possible. Picking up cars. Driving them to where they needed to go. Handling registration transfers back when nothing was digital. That kind of work teaches the trade the real way. Responsibility, timing, and the simple truth that your word matters.

Over time, the work moved into sales and into building relationships with people. First at a trader, then at a Mercedes dealer, and later at Van Vliet. Loyalty to the companies he worked for played a big role, and those years built the foundation.

With decades of experience now, one thing is clear. At some point, you build something of your own. That is how WTJ Trading came to life and grew into what it is today. A business built on experience, consistency, and doing things properly from start to finish.
