Job Title: Environmental Manager at Eteck

Join our team as an Environmental Manager at Eteck! In this role, you will be responsible for establishing connections with residents, district councils, housing corporations, and surrounding communities in our heating projects. We are looking for an experienced advisor who can effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders, listen and persuade others, and handle complex recovery projects smoothly. As an Environmental Manager, you will inform, involve and, when necessary, speak with the press, as well as actively inform customer care staff about your projects and their progress.

Your responsibilities will include identifying stakeholders and their interests, communicating with stakeholders to gain support, determining a communication strategy, organizing and leading resident meetings, and informing and collaborating with our project and asset managers.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, at least 5 years of work experience, including two years in a similar position, and the ability to translate complex concepts into understandable language. Knowledge of the energy or heat market is a plus.

Job Posting: Customer Care Coordinator at Eteck

As our company is experiencing strong growth, we are looking for a Coordinator for our Customer Care team. As the coordinator, you will be the point of contact for our front-office employees (15). Your colleagues are experts in providing excellent customer service related to sustainable energy. You will plan the team's schedules, coordinate essential information, and guide employees when they need additional support. With your proactive role, you will be able to provide employees and your team leader with the right information. You will come up with ideas on how we can improve our work and provide regular reports to the team leader. You are not hesitant to address people's behavior or work when needed. During peak periods, we expect you to work with the team to ensure that all questions are processed correctly and on time.

What we expect from you:

* You have a completed HBO degree with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar function in a complex customer service environment.
* You have a good understanding of customer service processes and experience with planning and organization.
* Proven experience in coordinating or coaching a team.
* You enjoy constantly looking for improvement and have experience with process improvement related to the customer journey.
* You have excellent communication skills, a strong personality, and work in a structured manner. You are motivated by our ambition to increase customer satisfaction.
* You prioritize well so that the team and the customer can rely on you.
* You are confident speaking in front of groups, making choices, and taking responsibility for your work. You are an excellent connector between the team and our team leader for Customer Care.
* You have a good command of both the Dutch and English language.
