Studable Delft

As first lecture of the Accessability Week join us for an inspiring talk by Paralympic champion André van Buiten on the development of accessibility and technology in sports. André is a Dutch swimmer and multiple Paralympic champion. Born without a right underarm, he amassed ten medals across three different Paralympic Games. Currently, André is still active in sports as a referee and enjoys his early retirement as a parttime taxi driver for people with disabilities.

In his talk, Andre shares his insights on how awareness has increased in sports and the rest of society. What areas have seen improvement, and which still require enhancement?
