MAALTIJDEN:
- Congee (Aziatische risotto) met gebakken paddenstoelen, een zacht gekookt eitje, huisgemaakte kimchi en rayu (sesam-chili olie), getopt met lente ui en koriander
- Gestoofde kikkererwten met tomaat, wortel, dadel en gemarineerde feta geserveerd met citroen en huisgemaakt platbrood (thuis af te bakken)

SOEP:
Bieten-rabarbersoep met mierikswortelroom en dille

DESSERT:

🌶🥥🥦 Menu 1: Malaysian noodles in a coconut-cashew sauce with broccoli and tofu, topped with chili, bean sprouts, spring onion and cilantro (2 ppl / €20)
🥧🥧 Menu 2: vegetarian Aussie pies (2 pcs) with a creamy mushroom-lentil filling + home made ketchup, served with a potato-cauliflower salad with feta (2ppl / €20)
🍅🥕Additionally, you can order one liter (or 2) of Moroccan harira with chermoula by , easy to freeze, just as our other meals (7,50 per liter)
