ADDAH JOINS KADUNA STATE DEPUTY GOVERNOR, IN RECEIVING WORLD BANK–FG DELEGATION ON LAND TITLING REFORM PROGRAMME.

Addah Aysha Ahmad Mohammad Aysha today joined the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State,Her Excellency,Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, in receiving a joint delegation from the World Bank and the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House.

The visit provided an opportunity for stakeholders to exchange ideas, review Kaduna State’s land administration framework, and identify areas where technical support may be required ahead of the nationwide rollout of the NLTRDP.

Addah, who participated actively in the engagement, commended the collaborative effort between the Federal Government and the World Bank, noting that reforms in land administration remain critical for sustainable urban development and economic empowerment. Addah emphasised that improving land documentation systems will not only enhance transparency but also enable individuals and businesses to unlock the economic value of their land assets.

Addah’s presence at the meeting further underscored a strong commitment to supporting progressive policies and partnerships aimed at improving governance, promoting transparency, and fostering sustainable development in Kaduna State and beyond.

Zaria witnessed a remarkable evening of unity and reflection as Addah Aysha Ahmad Mohammad hosted a grand Ramadan gathering (Iftar With Addah) bringing together prominent stakeholders across the city in the true spirit of brotherhood and togetherness.

The event was thoughtfully organized to strengthen bonds, foster unity, and deepen collaboration among key leaders and stakeholders in Zaria. It provided a valuable platform for meaningful interactions, renewed commitments, and collective prayers for peace, progress, and sustainable development within the community.

ADDAH GRACES SPECIAL IFTAR & BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION.

Addah Aysha Ahmad Mohammad on Friday evening honored a Special Iftar thoughtfully organized by two of her dedicated Team Addah members, Fatima Hassan and Fiddausi Idris ( Amrah Bin Malik ) The well-attended gathering took place at Soccer Max and brought together family members, close associates, friends, and well-wishers in a warm atmosphere of unity and Ramadan reflection.

The event was marked by prayers, gratitude, and heartfelt conversations as guests Include council Secretary of Zaria Shuaibu Abdullahi (Mai Canter) broke their fast together, reinforcing the values of compassion, togetherness, and community service which define the spirit of Ramadan.

In a touching highlight of the evening, after the Iftar meal, Addah led the celebration of Fiddausi Idris’ birthday by cutting a beautifully decorated cake in her honor. The gesture drew applause and smiles from attendees, adding joy and memorable moments to an already inspiring gathering.

ADDAH HONOURED AT THE GRAND FINALE OF THE FEMALE MOCK CHAMPIONSHIP AT FACULTY OF LAW, A.B.U ZARIA.

Barr. Aysha Ahmad Mohammad (Addah) attended the Grand Finale of the Female Mock Championship held in her honour at the Moot Court Complex, Faculty of Law, Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Congo Campus, Zaria.

The prestigious event, organized by the Attorneys Chambers, Faculty of Law, celebrated excellence, leadership, and the advancement of female advocacy within the legal profession. The championship brought together outstanding law students who demonstrated exceptional advocacy, research, and courtroom skills in a highly competitive finale.

In a remarkable display of generosity and commitment to youth development, Barr. Aysha presented Prize of 300k to the Winning Team and 200k to the Runners-up Team, she announced her sponsorship of the Best Student’s education up to the Nigerian Law School — a life-changing intervention that underscores her dedication to nurturing the next generation of legal professionals.

The event also provided a memorable reunion moment, as Barr. Aysha reconnected with former classmates with whom she studied Law at ABU.

ADDAH PAYS SYMPATHIES VISIT TO FIRE VICTIMS IN PAMPON GWAIBA, EXTENDS SUPPORT TO AFFECTED FAMILIES.

Addah Aysha Ahmad Mohammad has paid a sympathies visit to Pampon Gwaiba, following a tragic fire incident that engulfed the area and destroyed two residential houses where vulnerable orphans were living. The visit was aimed at expressing deep concern and solidarity with the affected families, as well as assessing their immediate needs after the disaster.

She accompanied the Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga), along with the Councillor Tudun Wada Ward in Zaria, Hon. Ibrahim Hasan (Paco). Together, they met with community members and offered words of encouragement and support to those impacted by the fire outbreak.

During the visit, Addah distributed relief materials to the victims, including bags of rice, cartons of spaghetti, indomie noodles, and other essential food items to help cushion the effects of the loss suffered.

In a separate visit, Addah also joined the Executive Chairman to pay a condolence visit to the family of Dr. Fadila Adamu, the late wife of the former Registrar of FUEZA, Dr. Jibril Lawal, praying for Allah’s mercy upon the deceased and strength for the bereaved family.

These visits reflect Addah’s continued commitment to compassion, community service, and standing with the people in times of hardship and grief.

The campaign, which aims to promote the passage and implementation of the Women’s Reserved Seats Bill, seeks to ensure greater representation of women in legislative and decision-making positions across Nigeria. The event marked a significant milestone in the struggle for gender equity and inclusive governance in the Northwest region.

Governor Uba Sani while officially flagging off the campaign, emphasized the importance of empowering women through legislative support, describing women as critical drivers of social, economic, and political development. He called on stakeholders, lawmakers, and citizens to support the bill in order to strengthen democracy and promote balanced representation.

KADUNA HOSTS GRAND SPELLING BEE FINAL IN HONOUR OF GOVERNOR UBA SANI.

The grand finale of the Spelling Bee Competition was successfully held today at the Dr. M.I. Maciddo Multipurpose Hall, Federal University of Education, Zaria, in honour of the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency Senator Uba Sani The intellectually stimulating event was organized by Addah Aysha Ahmad Mohammad as part of efforts to promote quality education across Kaduna State.

The competition witnessed intense and highly competitive spelling battles that lasted for over two hours, as students from various secondary schools showcased exceptional brilliance, confidence, and intellectual prowess.

In the Senior Secondary School Category, Zippora Victor of Vital Years Secondary School, Sabon Gari emerged as the overall winner after six rigorous rounds. Cynthia Philibus from GSS Yarkasuwa, Lere Local Government Area secured the second position, while Zainab Haruna of GSS Mayere, Makarfi Local Government Area finished third.

Similarly, the Junior Secondary School Category featured fierce competition. Abdulaziz Alhassan of Alu Dansidi Secondary School, Zaria emerged winner, followed by Precious Mathew from Girls College Saminaka, Lere LGA in second place, while Muhammad Sani of Hamdan International School, Soba came third.

The event attracted an impressive array of dignitaries from across Kaduna State and Zone One. Notable attendees included the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe Sabuwa; the Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Imam Dahiru the Executive Chairman of Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS), Comrade Isa Haruna Ihamo, representatives of the Emir of Zazzau, representatives of the Distinguished Senator Zone One, as well as Local Government Chairmen including Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga) of Zaria LGA and Hon. Muhammad Shehu Molash of Soba LGA. Others in attendance were Dr. Usman Abubakar of the School Quality Assurance Authority and Abdulaziz Abubakar (Kaka),Hajiya Amina Sani Bello SA Student Matters, Hon Ismael Muhammad Yesko S.A to Speaker House of Representative,Hon Sakina Garba among many others.

Speaking at the event, Addah Aysha Ahmad Mohammed described the Spelling Bee initiative as a strategic contribution toward supporting the educational reform agenda of Governor Uba Sani. She emphasized that the programme was designed to complement the state government’s efforts in delivering quality education and nurturing academic excellence among young learners. She further called on well-meaning individuals, corporate organizations, and private institutions to actively support similar educational initiatives for sustainable development.

In her remarks, the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe Sabuwa, described the event as timely and commendable, noting that it would significantly enhance learning outcomes and inspire students to develop a stronger passion for education.
