Too many girls experience their first period without proper education, support, or understanding of what is happening to their bodies. As a result, they grow up feeling embarrassed about something completely natural.

Menstruation is not dirty.
Periods are not shameful.
And no girl should feel afraid of her own body.

We need more open conversations, accurate menstrual education, access to hygiene products, and safe spaces where girls can ask questions freely without judgment.
