As a tenant, from the moment you pay your rent and you are issued a receipt,
What it means under the Law is that the Landlord is granting you the right to peaceful enjoyment of the property.

Once this is done, you are the one to determine the entrance, usage and safety of the property and you can even sue anyone , including the Landlord for trespass against any trespasser; strangers.

The landlord, however, can only supervise and maintain the property generally, but must request for permission from you as a tenant and within reasonable hours of the day.

Know your rights and don't let anyone treat you like a Slave for what you are paying for.
