We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the agro-production sector for a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations and drive productivity.

📍 Location: Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom State

👤 Gender: Male

🎓 Qualification:

HND / B.Sc in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field

💼 Experience:

Minimum of 2–5 years experience in farm management or agro-production
Practical knowledge of crop and/or livestock management

🧠 Key Skills:

Strong leadership and team supervision
Knowledge of modern farming techniques
Ability to plan, organize, and monitor farm activities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic record keeping and reporting

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day farm operations (crop and/or livestock)
Supervise farm workers and allocate tasks effectively
Monitor farm inputs, equipment, and resources
Ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
Maintain proper farm records and reports
Implement best agricultural practices and safety standards

📍 Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State

👤 Gender: Male/Female

🎓 Qualification:

HND / B.Sc in Accounting or a related field

💼 Experience:

Minimum of 2–4 years experience in auditing, accounting, or internal control (preferably within FMCG or distribution)

🧠 Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial regulations
Attention to detail and high level of integrity
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Good report writing and communication skills

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits across departments and operations
Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Review financial records, transactions, and processes
Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations

💰 Salary:

₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
