Half the year is gone.

For some, it has been everything they prayed for.

For others, it has been a trail of delays, disappointments, and unanswered prayers.

If you’re in the second group, this is for you.

Don’t mistake God’s silence for His absence.

He is still opening doors, and lifting people. Most times, He is working beneath the surface long before we ever see the results.

So don’t measure God’s faithfulness by your current circumstances.

“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” — Romans 12:12

Notice the order?

Hope comes before patience.

Patience is sustained by prayer.

Don’t stop praying because you haven’t seen the answer.

If God has carried you this far into the year, don’t assume He’s finished.

He has never needed a full year to do a full work.

Hold on.

The Author hasn’t put down His pen.
