Job description:
1. Provides leadership and direction to all aspects of business development/marketing departments.
2. Oversee diagnostics operations and business development results.
3. Builds relationship and create awareness of services to promote business opportunities.
4. Partners with the directors to develop and execute quarterly marketing plans and actions that ensure established targets are achieved.
5. Represents company at external business networking opportunities and events.
6. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.

Requirements:
1. HND/B.SC in any social science field with 4 - 5 years in similar role.
2. Experience in Office management softwares like MS Office.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

o Managing the accounts of the company
o Responsible for financial record keeping and managing payroll
o Overall responsibility for the day to day finances of the company
o Handling taxation matters and audit
o Establish and improve the company's accounting structure and ensure that reporting standards are met
o Ensure the accuracy, completeness, integrity and reliability of all financial information
o Preparation of cash flow statements, income and expenditure accounts.
o Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports
o Relate directly with auditors, banks and accounting representative
