Another instance where simplicity beats complexity –avoid the technical jargon.
Once again, take a look at the image attached to this post.
The "oops something went wrong, but don't worry -it's not your" is an absolute genius
Instead of the jargon like "Error 500" or "Internal server error", the copywriter have shifted the users attention from "it's complicated" to "oops, it's nothing to worry about"
Most importantly, enhanced the UX (User Experience).
When a technical error occur, majority of the time the user thinks it's from their end (which it might be) but the statement "it's not your fault" makes the user guilt-free and try again and again.
The whole point of this is,
Speaking to your customers in human language rather than in technical jargon will greatly enhance your UX, they will flow with you better.
