TOPIC: EXISTENCE FOR KINGDOM PURPOSE.

SCRIPTURE: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Jeremiah 1:5

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: No kingdom person is on earth by accident; there is a kingdom purpose attached to every life.

Every Kingdom has a King, a purpose, pattern, blueprint, and model. So is the Kingdom of God.

Nothing in God’s Kingdom exists without design and intention.

That means no child of God was created accidentally or without a purpose.
You were not born merely to occupy space, increase population statistics, eat food, sleep, wake up, and repeat the cycle of life.

There is a kingdom assignment tied to your existence.

God created you with deliberate intention. There is a purpose for Your existence in the Kingdom.

Before you arrived on earth, God already knew you, designed your life, and prepared a purpose for you to fulfil.

God said to Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:5, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee...

This means your existence was already planned before your birth. Psalm 139 also confirms that every day of your life was already written by God before you were born. God is too purposeful to create a purposeless person.

Beloved, necessity always precedes creation. If you were not needed, you would not have been created. Your existence is proof that there is a purpose for your life. There is something God expects from your life. You are meant to be a contributor, not merely a consumer.

Many people use things others created, enjoy services others provide, and benefit from the impact of others, yet never ask themselves: “What are people benefiting from my own life?”

A life without purpose eventually becomes a wasted life. That is why purposeful people live intentionally.

They schedule their lives, maximise their time, and pursue meaningful and impactful things daily. Every day must count toward destiny fulfilment.

God expects your presence to make a difference wherever you are. Your family, workplace, church, community, and generation should feel your impact. Your absence should be noticed because your presence carries value. Daniel remained relevant across different empires and administrations because he carried divine value. Joseph was too valuable to be ignored.

Beloved, refuse to live an irrelevant life. Live with the consciousness that you are a kingdom asset; someone sent to fulfil a kingdom assignment on earth.

REMEMBER THIS: No kingdom person is on earth by accident; there is a kingdom purpose attached to every life.

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Prayerfully ask God to reveal His purpose and pattern for your life to you.

2. Live intentionally by planning your days and maximising your time.

3. Decide to add value everywhere you find yourself so your presence will always be felt and your absence noticed.

PRAYER: Father, thank You for creating me with purpose and design. Help me to discover and fulfil Your Purpose for my life, and make my existence impactful to my generation, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

TOPIC: LIFTING THE LIMITATIONS OF THE MIND

SCRIPTURE: For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

2 Corinthians 10:3-5

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Your situation is not your limitation until your mind accepts it as one.

The mind plays a very critical role in the life and destiny of people. Many people today are not physically limited; they are mentally limited. Like the circus elephant that was tied with a rope and could no longer move beyond a particular cycle even after the rope had been removed, many people suffer limitations that have left their bodies into their minds.

Scripture makes it clear that life and destiny are processed out of the heart or mind (Proverbs 4:23). What dominates the mind eventually determines the outcome of life. Proverbs 23:7 says, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” The reality of the mind becomes the reality of life. Mentality places a limit on destiny.

The children of Israel were limited by their mentality when they saw themselves as grasshoppers before the giants (Numbers 13:33). Though God had prepared the Promised Land for them, they could not enter because their minds were captured by fear and unbelief. Only Caleb and Joshua entered because they carried a different mentality.

Beloved, your situation is not your limitation until your mind accepts it as one. The man at the pool of Bethesda had waited for thirty-eight years because his mentality was fixed on man. When Jesus asked him, “Wilt thou be made whole?” instead of answering, “YES!” directly, he replied, “I have no man…” (John 5:7). Many people today are waiting for man when God is ready to bypass man and give them a miracle.

Mental limitations can come from negative words spoken in childhood, past failures, wrong company, societal expectations, and self-limiting beliefs. Some people have accepted defeat because of what they heard while growing up. Others have concluded that they cannot succeed because they failed before. But your failure is not your identity. The bend of the road is not the end of the road.

Beloved, refuse to think small. Refuse to see yourself the way the enemy wants you to see yourself. Speak positively to yourself and see yourself the way God sees you. When your mentality changes, your changes will come.

REMEMBER THIS: Your situation is not your limitation until your mind accepts it as one.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Reject every negative and self-limiting thought in your mind.
2. Renew your mind continually with the Word of God.
3. Speak positively to yourself.


PRAYER:
Father, I receive the grace for the renewal of my mind. Every wrong imagination or limitation fighting my destiny is pulled down today. Help me to think and function according to Your purpose for my life, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

TOPIC: UNLOCKING DESTINY THROUGH RESPONSIBILITY

SCRIPTURE: And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Mark 16:20

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The acceptance of responsibility is the establishment of destiny.

It has been confirmed throughout Scripture and life experiences that nothing can be glorious until someone is serious. Nothing can be possible until someone is responsible.

The acceptance of responsibility opens the door to the world of opportunity. There are opportunities you will never get until you accept responsibility. The acceptance of responsibility is the establishment of destiny. By discharging your responsibility, you fulfil your destiny.

The following are Scriptural examples of those who unlocked their destiny through responsibility:

1. David

David proved this fact in the Scripture by tending his father’s flock while his older siblings were lazing about, and by bringing down Goliath. David unlocked his kingly destiny through the acceptance of responsibility (1 Samuel 17:26–52).

2. Joseph (Genesis 40:6-8).

While in prison, Joseph noticed Pharaoh’s cupbearer and baker looking troubled. “Why are your faces so sad today?” he asked.

They replied, “We both had dreams, but there is no one to interpret them.”

Humbly, Joseph responded, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams.”

By faithfully interpreting their dreams, he caught the cupbearer’s attention. Two years later, that connection brought him before Pharaoh, who himself had a dream and needed the interpretation. That was the beginning of Joseph’s journey from the prison to the palace. It was his elevation from being a prisoner to becoming a prime minister (Genesis 41).

Doors of opportunity swing open through responsibility.

3. Moses (Exodus 2:16-17).

Moses sat by the well, and the daughters of Jethro came to fetch water for their flock. Some shepherds tried to drive them away, but Moses stood up, confronted the shepherds and helped the girls. So, the girls watered their flock, went home and told their father, Jethro who later invited Moses home.

At this time, Moses was homeless, jobless, wifeless, and childless. But by accepting that responsibility, he was invited home. He got a wife, a job, a house, and children. It takes the extra mile to see the extraordinary. If you agree to go the extra mile in doing things that others avoid, you will see the extraordinary. Responsibility is the price for greatness.

God moves with movers, and He walks with walkers. Show me a man who moves, and I will show a man who provokes the move of God.

Mark 16:20 says, And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. As they went, the Lord not only went, but worked with them.

Beloved, God does not work with people who are just sitting down waiting for things to happen; He works with people who are active, moving and taking responsibility. Responsibility is the pathway to destiny fulfilment.

REMEMBER THIS: The acceptance of responsibility is the establishment of destiny.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Identify areas where personal responsibility is required in your life.
2. Refuse excuses and take appropriate actions immediately.
3. Go the extra mile in everything you do.

PRAYER: Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I receive the grace to take responsibility so I can walk into my destiny fulfilment, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

TOPIC: THE NECESSITY OF EXISTENCE AT THE TOP

SCRIPTURE: He made him ride on the high places of the earth…” Deuteronomy 32:13

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Excellence or excelling is a department of your worship as a child of God.

God never designed His people for the valley, the pit, or the backside of life. Through creation, covenant, prophecy, the law, and redemption, it has been made abundantly clear that the topmost places of the earth are reserved for Kingdom people.

In Genesis 1:28, God created man and said, …Be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, and have dominion… Dominion is a top-level command. It is impossible to dominate from beneath.

In Genesis 17:6, God told Abraham, I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. That means every genuine seed of Abraham is either a king or a nation. Ordinary people give birth to children, but Abraham gave birth to nations and kings. Therefore, by the covenant, you are not permitted to live an average or irrelevant life.

God did not create His people to crawl like chickens when they possess the destiny of eagles. You are an eagle, not a vulture. You are not meant for the low places of life.

Beloved, the top is not a place of pride; it is a place of kingdom assignment. God wants His children at the top so they can bring honour, glory, praise, and worship to Him through excellence, quality, and top-level existence.

That is why Jesus says in Matthew 5:16, Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. There is something people will see in your life that will generate praise for God automatically.

Excellence or excelling is a department of your worship. You do not worship God with songs alone; you also worship Him by excelling. When people look at your life and say, “This man is a genuine child of God,” God is glorified.

That was the story of Daniel. Daniel entered Babylon and outperformed all the magicians, astrologers, and wise men in their own realm because an excellent spirit was found in him. Through excellence, Joseph became lord over Egypt. Through the character of excellence and contentment, Esther became queen in Persia for the preservation of the Jews in the land of captivity. All these were kingdom people who existed at the top for kingdom purposes.

Beloved, refuse to settle for average existence. Whatever your field, the top is your place. The top is your rightful place whether you are in ministry, business, academics, medicine, politics, media, entertainment, etc. You are meant to excel and shine for the Glory of God.

REMEMBER THIS: Excellence or excelling is a department of your worship as a child of God.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Reject every mentality of mediocrity and average living.
2. Pursue excellence and competence in your field with diligence and integrity.
3. Ask God to use your influence and position for kingdom impact.

PRAYER: Father, thank You for calling me to shine for Your glory. I receive the grace to excel and exist at the top for kingdom impact, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
