On Saturday, I had the honour of speaking at the Exceptional Girls International Conference, hosted by Roseline Aigbokhan of on the powerful topic, 'From Stigma to Support: Empowering Girls to Champion Disability Inclusion, Tackle Bullying and Respect Differences'.

It was an engaging and enlightening session with a vibrant group of young changemakers. I shared how they can Go 'MAD: - Make A Difference, in their schools and communities by embracing four simple but powerful actions:

1. Start with Respect – in words, actions, and mindset, knowing everyone deserves dignity.
2. Tackle Bullying with Courage – speak up, support others and never stay silent in the face of exclusion.
3. Include with Intention – make the effort to reach out, connect, and learn about others' unique needs and strengths.
4. Lead with Change – use your voice to promote empathy, inclusion and acceptance.

The energy, curiosity and commitment from the girls were deeply inspiring.

I’m hopeful for a future where young women serve and lead boldly with kindness and inclusion at the core.

If you’d like me to speak at your school, event or organization on Neurodiversity, Inclusion or Supporting Learners with Differences, please feel free to get in touch. Let’s build a more inclusive world together.
