Hilda's mother took all the glory

But the poor man has stated that contrary to widespread impressions of being a dead beat dad

He actually sweated to see his kids through schools

The man said he had to borrow from loan sharks sometimes

To keep his children in school

Hilda's mum and dad are separated

And as is nearly always the case

The man gets little or no favourable mention
