If I was married to someone else, yesterday would have turned into a serious fight 😭

My mood was just off… I didn’t even understand myself. I just wanted to be alone.

Normally, if my husband is around, we’re always laughing and talking. But yesterday, I just greeted him, served his food and went to sit down quietly. No “how was your day”, no nothing.

He noticed immediately.

He kept asking me what’s wrong, I kept saying nothing. This man didn’t give up 😭 he kept asking and trying to get me to talk.

Later he said, “let’s go for a stroll.”

We stepped out, bought suya on the way, came back, had it with a soft drink… and my mood just started to calm down.

He still asked again, “babe, what’s wrong?”

That was when I finally opened up.

Honestly, it made me realize something… marriage is not about “matching energy” or keeping malice.

Sometimes, one person just has to be the soft one… even when it’s not convenient.
