Today, June 17, we join the global community in observing the World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought.

📌 Theme: “Rangelands: Recognize. Respect. Restore.”

Rangelands support over 2 billion people worldwide, provide food, livelihoods, biodiversity, and help regulate our climate. Yet, nearly half of these vital ecosystems are degraded.

At Amaclare Connect & Dev Initiative , we believe that restoring our land is restoring our future.

💐Recognize the value of our land, soil, and water resources.
🍏Respect the knowledge and contributions of farmers, pastoralists, and local communities.
🍏Restore degraded lands through tree planting, sustainable land management, and environmental conservation.
