It’s important to validate a number of assumptions made on a project by meeting actual customer or distributor.

This is a form of hypothesis testing where you confirm if your assumptions are valid and true.

When they are true you proceed however when they are false you have to create a new hypothesis and test for validity.

This must be a continuous process until the event is completed or deadline met.
