EGI GIRLS FORUM IN PARTNERSHIP WITH REJOICE GEORGE OUTREACH COMMEMORATES THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL CHILD.

On Thursday 9th of October, we visited Government Comprehensive Secondary School,Obite, ONELGA,where we celebrated the day with our amazing sisters.

The Convener, Rejoice George, delivered an inspiring keynote speech virtually, emphasizing that "The Girl we portray is strong, valuable and capable, she reminded us that our worth and abilities is the foundation of true leadership.
Members of the Egi Girls Forum held interactive sessions on menstrual hygiene, personal hygiene and skill acquisition. We were delighted to distribute Sanitary pads, and branded notebooks, symbolizing our commitment to both education and well being.

We were deeply moved by the girls excitement, curiosity and resilience. For some,it was their first time learning about proper menstrual hygiene, a moment that reminded us how powerful education and compassion can be.
A heartfelt thankyou to the management of the school for their warm cooperation,and to all our volunteers and supporters who made this outreach a success.
