How to Verify a Genuine property:

1. Make sure you know the kind of documents that will be given to you.
2. Try to differentiate between a surveyed plan and a registered surveyed plan.
3. Make sure you see already developed property on the land. Either house or fence.
4. Don't just buy property but buy a property of values and benefits.
5. Know your plot number.
