The affected ones are:
*King's Dine, Port-Harcourt road
*Rapour, Amakohia
*Kinngs Park, Amakohia
*Kedeni Holiday, Akwakuma
*Prestige Exclusive, Works Layout

The management of the commercial outlets did not obtain an approval from the OCDA before erecting the structures, hence they were sued by the Authority.

Consequently, they refused to appear in court when ordered to do so. In view of the Contempt of Court, the Jury directly that the buildings should be sealed with immediate effect.

According to the court order, they were given 21-day ultimatum to comply, else the sealed structures shall face demolition.
