Yesterday was honestly one of those days I didn’t feel like myself at all. 🥺

From morning fellowship to class hours, my body was weak, my head was banging, and I just felt off emotionally and physically. During fellowship, I found myself sitting down most of the time, which is unlike me. Usually, I pray deeply, cry, dance during offering… but yesterday, the energy just wasn’t there at all, and that was when I knew something was really off.

I hadn’t even eaten since morning, and I had students waiting to learn, so I showed up. I had to pause the lecture until I got something to eat because my body honestly couldn’t keep going like that.

People see the “Madam CEO” side online, but behind the scenes, there are days you feel weak, tired, lost, and unmotivated… yet you still have to keep going.

Yesterday reminded me that sometimes strength is simply showing up even when you don’t feel okay ❤️
