The time for a new Nigeria is now!!
Integrity is the foundation of true leadership.
A leader is not measured only by the position he holds, but by the values he refuses to compromise even when nobody is watching.
Leadership without integrity becomes manipulation.
Power without character becomes oppression.
But when integrity leads, people follow with trust, loyalty, and confidence.
In a society where promises are cheap, integrity makes a leader different.
It means speaking the truth even when it is uncomfortable.
It means keeping your word even when it is difficult.
It means serving the people, not exploiting them.
Great leaders do not merely command authority; they earn respect through honesty, accountability, and consistency.
The true test of leadership is not how loud a man speaks, but how clean his conscience remains when power is placed in his hands.
Nigeria today does not just need leaders with ambition; we need leaders with integrity.
Because when integrity leads, justice thrives, development follows, and the people regain hope.

As a worker read this article over and over again, you will be needing it someday.
⚖️ WHEN YOUR EMPLOYER IS NOT LIABLE FOR WORKPLACE INJURY
Most people assume: “If I get injured at work, my employer must pay compensation.”
Not always true.
Under Nigerian law, there are critical exceptions that can completely defeat a compensation claim.
🚫 1. Temporary Injury? No Automatic Compensation
If the injury:
Does not lead to incapacity, or
Lasts less than 3 consecutive days,
👉 The employer may not be liable to pay compensation.
📌 Translation: Not every workplace injury qualifies—the law filters out minor cases.
⚠️ 2. Misconduct Can Destroy Your Claim
Where a worker’s injury is caused by their own misconduct, compensation may be denied.
Examples:
Ignoring safety rules
Operating machinery recklessly
Acting outside assigned duties
💡 However, there’s a twist…
⚖️ 3. Exception to the Exception
Even if the worker was at fault, compensation may still be awarded if:
The injury results in death, or
There is serious and permanent incapacity
👉 Courts can still step in “in the interest of justice.”
❌ 4. Deliberate Self-Harm? No Compensation
If the injury or death arises from:
Deliberate self-injury, or
Intentional acts leading to harm
🚫 Compensation is completely barred.
🧾 5. False Claims Can Backfire
If a worker:
Knowingly makes false representations, or
Lies about previous injuries
👉 They lose entitlement to compensation.
📌 Honesty is not optional in compensation claims.

🎯 PRACTICAL TAKEAWAY
Before advising a client or filing a claim, always ask:
1.Was the injury serious enough?
2. Did misconduct play a role?
3. Was there any dishonesty?
4. Is the incapacity permanent?
Because in compensation law, liability is not automatic—it is conditional.
