One of the notorious villains in the Bible was a man by the name of Goliath, a 9 ft tall giant (Philistine) who carried an enormous sword and had been fighting since the days of his youth. He became a man that has a reputation for war; everybody that fought him lost, and he came to the children of Israel, God's people, one day to challenge them to send a champion to fight him in single combat. The children of Israel were terrified, because he was so big they were intimidated by him; he never threw a punch or even used his sword. All he had to use were his words, because the visual was so intimidating and his words were so powerful, the children of Israel became immobilised and paralysed just by what they heard.

Being irritated by what Goliath was saying, the taunts and noticing the fear of the soldiers, a young boy called David, son of Jesse, boldly volunteered to fight the giant. Shocked, the king asked David what made him believe he could defeat a giant like Goliath. David's response was simple. The same God who rescued me from a lion and a bear who came and carried a sheep from my flock, but I was able to kill both, is the same God who will rescue me from the hands of this Philistine.

David refused the armour and weapon offered by the king; all he had was some stones and his sling as he approached the Philistine. When Goliath saw David glowing, looking healthy and very handsome, he despised him and threatened to give his flesh to the birds and wild animals. But David was not intimidated by his words or the fact that he only had his sling and a few stones; instead, he focused on the Authority associated with it and said, "You come at me with spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. On this day the Lord will deliver you into my hands." Reaching into his bag, David took a stone; he slung it and struck Goliath on the forehead, and he fell facedown on the ground. So David triumphed over the Philistine with just a sling and a stone.

The moral of the story is that "FEAR" is just False Evidence Appearing Real. God is ever present in any situation.

Do not be moved by the evil plots or the threats; refuse them and reverse them, because when you make a prophetic declaration and He is on your side, He will provide all that is needed to fulfil what you said. So don't focus on your natural stability; focus on God's supernatural Ability, reflect on your past victories and ignore any negative noise that will deflect you from that. CLOCK IT🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽 I LUV UNA DIE!!!♥️ HAPPY NEW WEEK ✨️✨️✨️

Dear Verydarkblackman,

I had sincerely expected that by now, you would have taken the next available flight back to Nigeria.

I say this because this is bigger than a trending topic. This is bigger than social media conversations. This is about innocent children and teachers who reportedly left for school and never made it back home. It is about parents who go to bed every night with tears in their eyes, wondering where their children are and what they may be going through.

Over the years, you have shown Nigerians that when issues of injustice arise, you do not just lend your voice from afar—you show up. You have stood with victims, visited communities, and drawn national attention to issues many would have otherwise ignored. That is why I believe your presence in Nigeria at this critical moment would speak louder than a hundred videos made from abroad.

For the sake of humanity, I believe your engagements in China can wait. There will always be business meetings. There will always be conferences. But these children do not have the luxury of time. Every additional day in captivity is another day of fear, uncertainty, and trauma for them and their families.

Imagine the mother who cannot sleep because her child's bed is empty. Imagine the father who feels powerless because he cannot protect his own child. Imagine the siblings who keep asking, "When is my brother coming home? When is my sister coming home?"

These are the realities many families are facing right now.

VDM, your return will not solve this problem overnight, but it will send a powerful message that these children matter, that they have not been forgotten, and that Nigerians are united in demanding their safe and unconditional release.

Please come home.
Come and stand with the parents.
Come and lend your physical presence to this cause.
Come and help keep the spotlight on these children until they are safely reunited with their families.

We need every voice. We need every platform. We need every form of lawful pressure.
And at this moment, Nigeria needs you here.
