Whenever I want to call someone for a condolence greeting, I always feel nervous.

And while on the call, I won't remember what to say to console them.
After ending the call, I'll feel somehow off again 🤷.

What's wrong with me? Or is it normal?

Even if I go in person to pay a condolence visit, tension will still hold me back from saying what I'm supposed to say.
