I had a debate earlier today with my husband on cube sugar and ground sugar ( ie. Bag sugar), which is better for immediate consumption.

I was telling hubby based on the little teachings I had, that cube is better for immediate consumption while ground sugar (bag sugar) is suitable for baking and cooking.
Cube sugar is preferable because it has under gone some processing stages to make it good for health when added directly to drinks or to already cooked meal.

But he insisted, saying both are the same thing.
