أَلا تَعجَبونَ كَما أَعجَبُ

حَبيبي يُسيءُ وَلا يُعتِبُ

وَأَبغي رِضاهُ عَلى جَورِهِ

فَيَأبى عَلَيَّ وَيَستَصعِبُ

عَتَبتَ فَدَيتُكَ يا مُذنِبُ

فَجِئتُكَ أَبكي وَأَستَعتِبُ

تَحَمَّلتُ عَنكَ وَفيكَ الذُنو

بَ وَأَيقَنتُ أَنّي أَنا المُذنِبُ
