ASUSS National President Celebrates National PRO, Comrade Agbesanwa Oluwaseun Felix, on His Birthday

The National President of the Academic Staff Union of Secondary Schools (ASUSS), Nigeria, Comrade Sola Adigun, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the National Public Relations Officer of the Union, Comrade Agbesanwa Oluwaseun Felix, in celebration of his new age.

In his goodwill message, Comrade Adigun expressed profound gratitude to Almighty God for granting Comrade Felix the gift of sound health, strength, and the priceless blessing of life. He noted that the occasion is not only a celebration of another year but also an opportunity to appreciate Comrade Felix's unwavering commitment, dedication, and invaluable contributions to the growth and public image of ASUSS.

The National President prayed that Almighty God would continue to bless him with divine protection, wisdom, good health, and abundant grace to attain greater heights in his personal life and union service.

He further expressed confidence that the years ahead hold even greater accomplishments, remarkable success, and increased opportunities for Comrade Felix to continue making meaningful impacts within ASUSS and the education sector.

ASUSS NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYERS

The Academic Staff Union of Secondary Schools (ASUSS) is observing a National Day of Prayers today, Wednesday, 24th June 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

All members are hereby called upon to actively lead our students in this solemn prayer session, seeking divine intervention against the growing insecurity in our nation. We pray for an end to the transformation of our schools into battlefields, an end to attacks on educational institutions, and an end to the kidnapping of our teachers and learners.

As stakeholders in the education sector, we must unite in faith and commitment to protect the future of our children and preserve the sanctity of our schools as centres of learning, peace, and development.

The ASUSS Niger State Chapter strongly encourages all members across the state to participate actively and wholeheartedly in this important national prayer programme.

May Almighty God answer our prayers, restore peace and security to our land, and safeguard our schools, teachers, and students.
